| Other Info | Work with Woodville's cooks as they prepare 18th century recipes in the original kitchen. Students will learn to prepare several pumpkin recipes (including pompion soup) using period correct ingredients, 18th century methods and reproduction cooking equipment. Class will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm and will be limited to 6 participants. The cost for the class is $20. Pre-registration is required. Interested participants are asked to pre-pay by mail.
